Dr Aidan (Jia Sheng) Yu is a specialist in Clinical Immunology and Allergy, providing comprehensive assessment and management of allergic conditions and immune disorders.

Dr Yu completed his medical degree and specialist training in Clinical Immunology and Allergy in Queensland and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). He also completed an international fellowship in immunology at the Royal Free Hospital in London, where he gained further experience in the management of complex immune conditions.

Dr Yu currently works at Sunshine Coast University Hospital and has experience managing a broad range of allergic and immunological conditions. He also holds a Master of Internal Medicine from the University of Sydney and is an Associate Senior Lecturer at Griffith University. He has published research in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at international scientific meetings.

His clinical interests include anaphylaxis, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), chronic urticaria and angioedema, chronic rhinosinusitis, drug allergy, food allergy, venom allergy, eczema, and primary and secondary immunodeficiency, as well as autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases.

He provides allergy testing and offers advanced therapies, including biologic treatments and allergen immunotherapy.

Dr Yu sees adults and adolescents over the age of 12.

Dr Yu is committed to providing thorough, evidence-based care tailored to each patient. He works closely with general practitioners and other specialists to ensure coordinated care and the best possible outcomes for his patients.

He offers both in-person consultations and telehealth appointments for patient convenience.
